Key Responsibilities

Drive employer registrations and job postings.
Generate strategic partnerships within the Retail ERP ecosystem.
Provide market feedback and employer insights to support platform growth.
Preferred Experience
Experience in business development, recruitment sales, staffing, or employer partnerships.
Existing network within Oracle Retail, Manhattan Associates, SAP Retail, Blue Yonder, Aptos, or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with IT consulting firms, staffing agencies, or enterprise software organizations.
