What This Role Entails
Solution Architecture & Enterprise Design
Lead Business Diagnostics & Workshops: Conduct process analysis and future-state blueprinting bootcamps to map intricate business constraints to Impact Analytics’ AI-native capabilities.
Architect Scalable Frameworks: Design complex demand, supply, and replenishment models (including constrained planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO), deployment, capacity planning, and scenario modeling).
Handle Complex Technical Challenges: Manage solver behavior, optimization trade-offs, and performance tuning for high-volume enterprise data.
Integration & Ecosystem Design: Secure seamless integration between IA’s platform and legacy ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, Data Lakes, and Cloud infrastructure (Snowflake, Azure, AWS) using robust API architectures.
Presales, Client Enablement & Strategic Growth
Drive High-Stakes Pursuits: Act as the primary functional liaison for executive stakeholders, influencing deals through tailored live AI simulations, proof-of-value (PoV) sessions, and ROI modeling.
RFP & Strategy Ownership: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to scope enterprise RFPs, identify gap-fits for legacy migrations (e.g., migrating from legacy Blue Yonder, o9, SAP APO), and mitigate delivery risks.
Change Management & Adoption: Author comprehensive solution design documents, functional specifications, and functional test scripts to accelerate the adoption of autonomous, AI-driven processes.
Agile Delivery, Mentorship & Thought Leadership
Oversee Concurrent Implementations: Guide cross-functional global delivery teams using agile frameworks, managing detailed work breakdown structures, risk mitigations, and ensuring 100% traceability to financial outcomes.
Team Mentorship: Coach and upskill junior consultants and architects in supply chain planning best practices, AI/ML forecasting tuning, and advanced configuration methodologies.
Product Evolution: Translate field insights, edge-case requirements, and industry trends back to Product Management and Development to shape the future product roadmap.
What Lands You in This Role
Experience & Domain Expertise: 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise supply chain planning, retail planning solution design, and management consulting.
Proven Track Record: Successfully led 5+ full-lifecycle implementations of enterprise planning suites with exceptional client satisfaction.
Deep Suite Knowledge: Comprehensive functional understanding of advanced planning suites such as Blue Yonder (ESP, DSP, IO, OP), o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Anaplan, or e2open.
Technical & AI Capabilities: Practical understanding of Agentic AI ecosystems (autonomous software agents for real-time scenario planning) and advanced machine learning forecasting models. Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and data clouds (e.g., Snowflake).
Soft Skills & Education: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex analytical architectures into compelling executive narratives. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics.
Certifications (Value-Add): APICS (CSCP/CPIM), TOGAF, or professional architecture credentials from leading platform providers (BY, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
