As an ERP-Manufacturing and Cost Management Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in analyzing client needs, implementing ERP software solutions, and providing training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft ERP applications. This will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives effectively.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to enhance client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored ERP strategies to meet their strategic objectives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful ERP deployments
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps to customize and develop client-specific solutions
- Facilitating data integration and process improvement initiatives to optimize business performance
- Overseeing the development of system requirements specifications and confirming system interoperability
- Engaging in continuous process improvement and embracing change to drive innovation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business application consulting services
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
