Conduct technical sessions and participate in functional design sessionsTechnically Lead/develop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexityDesign, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.Perform Quality AssuranceCo-ordinate with onsite lead or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the projectTrain and assist other individuals and team
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech
Experience:
5+ years of experienceBE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 3+ yrs of experienceExperience in 2-3 ORMS/RESA/RPM/ReIM/Allocation implementation is a MUSTDeep understanding RMS/ReSA/RPM architecture and business processStrong hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batch Processes, PL/SQL is MUST, webservices and ADF is good to haveOS/DB : Linux/Unix, Oracle 10AS(oc4j) and Oracle 11g/10gExcellent written and oral communicationShould be self-starter and work independentlyAble to cope up with tight deadlinesKnowledge of ORMS is a mustOthers
Participate and contribute in a cross-functional team environmentArticulate technical concepts to the business and technical communityWork with other teamsCollaborate across teams where there are dependencies
