In this role you will:
Participate in digital transformation projects in the Retail space, supporting domestic and international clients in renewing their store operations, point of sale, and customer experience processes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyse Retail business requirements (sales, promotions, payments, fiscal compliance, store back-office) and configure and implement supporting technology solutions
Lead functional design, configuration, development, testing, and go-live activities for POS and Retail solutions
Grow towards Senior Consultant / Solution Lead roles, taking functional or technical ownership of project streams
Support clients in designing and implementing AI and data-driven solutions focused on store process optimisation, customer experience personalisation, and operational decision-making
Contribute to omnichannel innovation initiatives, integrating the in-store world with digital ecosystems, central systems, and data platforms
Grow your technical and consulting skills in Retail through structured training paths, official certifications, and mentoring from senior professionals
What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience on retail POS system implementation projects
In-depth knowledge of retail POS processes including:
Sales, returns, discounts, and promotions
Tender and payment management (EFT, gift cards, digital methods)
Store fiscal compliance (including country packs)
Store back-office operations
Experience in multi-country contexts typical of international rollouts
Business requirements gathering, solution configuration, and customisation
Analysis and management of POS integrations with external systems (ERP, payment systems, fiscal engines, loyalty, inventory, e-commerce)
Interest in Technology, Digital Transformation, and Cloud
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and results orientation
Collaborative, flexible, and eager to take on challenges in dynamic, international environments
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Knowledge of Oracle Xstore
Experience with other Oracle Retail solutions (e.g. SIOCS, ORCE, OROB)
Oracle or ITIL certifications
Experience in fashion / luxury / large retail chain environments
