Job description
Responsibilities
• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams
• Guide and mentor junior team members
Additional Responsibilities:
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises
• Experience working in 24x7 support models
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
