Experience supporting warehousing, distribution center, fulfillment, WMS, labor management, automation, or supply chain technology preferred.
Proven success working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong requirements documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working with third-party or vendor-managed applications.
Ability to balance system priorities with operational urgency, manage competing needs, and navigate ambiguity.
Nice to Have

Experience with WMS platforms, DC automation, integrations, reporting tools, or enterprise systems.
