Senior-Level / Relevant SAM & SAP Licensing Experience

We are looking for an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Consultant / SAP Licensing SME with strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, including configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow SAP Publisher Pack.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software license reconciliation, entitlement management, Effective License Position (ELP), SAP licensing optimization, compliance assessments, and SAP audit support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform Effective License Position (ELP) assessments and compliance reviews
✅ Manage SAP software entitlements, contracts, renewals, and license inventories
✅ Analyze SAP licenses across Production, Development & QA environments
✅ Identify opportunities for license optimization and cost reduction
✅ Configure, administer, and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro with SAP Publisher Pack
✅ Manage software normalization, reconciliation, compliance calculations & workflows
✅ Configure software models, reclamation rules, entitlement imports & publisher content packs
✅ Develop dashboards, compliance reports & executive-level metrics
✅ Support SAP audits, renewals, compliance reviews & licensing optimization
