Job description

We are looking for talented individuals who possess the right blend of skills and experience to help clients design, implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions for Order Management, Pricing, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Subscriptions flows in the Order-to-Cash process, including their links with upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Receivables, Cash Management, and Collections).

As a Senior Manager in Oracle Supply Chain Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

Take overall responsibility for end-to-end delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud projects or major releases, ensuring delivery teams meet agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
Lead the design and governance of integrated business processes and Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across multiple modules and business domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, programme objectives and wider transformation outcomes.
Translate client requirements into practical solution designs, configuration decisions and delivery plans.
Manage project risks, issues and client expectations in a clear and proactive way.
Lead multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed delivery teams across modules, workstreams and client functions, setting delivery direction, resolving cross-workstream blockers and creating conditions for successful project outcomes.
Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders and programme leadership on Oracle SCM Cloud and supply chain transformation, bringing delivery leadership, market insight and an informed view of Oracle’s evolving SCM capability.
Work effectively with colleagues across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte teams to deliver joined-up client outcomes.
Support growth of the Oracle SCM business by identifying client opportunities, contributing to propositions and leading defined components of pursuits and proposals.
Contribute to an inclusive team culture where people are recognised, supported and valued for their contribution.
Build Deloitte’s Oracle SCM capability by coaching team members, contributing to recruitment and capability development, sharing market and delivery insight, and taking visible leadership roles within the practice.

Essentials:

Extensive practical experience of leading Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, ideally as part of supply chain transformation programmes.
Proven track record in managing and delivering across all core Oracle Supply Chain areas within an Oracle Transformation Programme including Planning, Inventory, Order Management, and Sourcing and Procurement, with experience taking those workstreams through design, configuration, testing and deployment, and integrating with upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Receivables, Cash Management, and Collections).
Exposure to Solution Architecture and experience of designing end-to-end processes between Oracle SCM and ERP capabilities (e.g. Source-to-Pay; Order-to-Cash) and of integrating Oracle SCM with industry-specific operational applications.
Specific functional and business process expertise in the Order-to-Cash process and Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, and Subscriptions flows within an Oracle Transformation Programme, with experience leading the works through design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Demonstrable experience advising on and enhancing business processes with available Oracle AI capabilities (e.g. Agentic Applications, AI Agent Studio, GenAI), including hands-on experience with available tools and capabilities.
Client facing experience with a demonstrated ability to appropriately engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Understanding and practical experience of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to control scope of work and identify and manage issues and risks across end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations.
An understanding of project commercials, with experience of managing implementation budgets.
Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodology (e.g. Activate, Waterfall, Agile, etc).
Excellent spoken and written communications skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
Strong teamwork skills.
Experience supporting, coaching or guiding other team members.
Ability to travel when essential.
Desirables:

Experience advising clients on implementation plans, roll-out options, business cases or delivery roadmaps.
Experience in one or more of the following specialised/advanced Oracle SCM Cloud areas: Product Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Subscription Management, Field Service, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics.
Experience using GenAI or agent-based AI tools in a business, delivery or consulting context.
