Job description
We are looking for a Senior Manager within our Oracle Consulting practice to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Profile Requirements
12+ years of relevant Oracle consulting and implementation experience.
Strong experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation programs.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
Experience with stakeholder management, workshops, testing and deployment activities.
Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
Experience working in consulting environments and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to identify business challenges and define Oracle-enabled solutions.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
Support proposals, project delivery and client relationship management.
Drive quality deliverables and adherence to project governance standards.
Mentor team members and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
Lead large-scale transformation programs and strategic client engagements.
Own business development, account growth and pursuit activities.
Develop and coach high-performing consulting teams.
