**Location:** Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid — 4 days/week onsite)
**Engagement Type:** Contract — 12 Months
**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Xstore Business Analyst to support a retail POS implementation/enhancement engagement. The candidate will bridge business requirements and technical execution across Xstore Point-of-Service and related retail systems, working closely with store operations, IT, and implementation teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and document business requirements from store operations, finance, and IT stakeholders related to Xstore POS functionality
- Translate functional requirements into detailed functional specifications and configuration documents for the Xstore platform
- Support configuration, customization, and testing of Xstore modules (POS, Xadmin, Xcenter) in line with business needs
- Analyze integration points between Xstore and upstream/downstream systems (RMS, ReSA, payment gateways, loyalty/CRM)
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and defect triage during implementation cycles
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot configuration and performance issues
- Prepare training materials, process documentation, and support store rollout/go-live activities
- Participate in status meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
**Mandatory Skills**
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore (POS/Xadmin/Xcenter) implementation or support
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and POS business processes
- Experience with functional/technical documentation and requirement gathering
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Oracle RMS/ReSA or related retail merchandising modules
- Prior experience in a hybrid onsite/remote consulting engagement
